30 Night In-Home Trial

Since you spend 1/3rd of your life sleeping, it’s important you choose the mattress that is right for you. This is why we invite you to test your new mattress in the comfort of your own home.

The 30-Night Trial begins upon delivery of the Select Air bed to your home. After it’s arrival we’d like for you to sleep on the airbed for a full 30 nights, to make sure you’re 100% comfortable. Sleeping on any new sleep surface takes some time getting used to, and the same applies to our unique air-chamber airbeds. It may a little bit of time find the level of support and comfort right for you.

If you are not completely satisfied after sleeping on the Select Air bed for 30 full nights, simply call us toll-free within 30 days of delivery to arrange for return. Should you do so, we’ll refund the purchase price less the original shipping or setup fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all return packaging and shipping. Refunds will be given ten business days after Select Air receiving and inspecting the product in the same manner payment was received.

This free trial is not applicable to pillows, bed frames, sheet sets, mattress protectors, foundations, massage features, or covers as these are smaller more personal products. A refund will only be given considering the air bed is not stained, damaged beyond normal use, and falls within 45 days of delivery. Returned adjustable beds will incur a 15% restocking fee. Should an order arrive damaged, you will not be held liable and should call us immediately.
