Q: Can I use my current bed frame and box spring or foundation?

A: Yes you may. It is not always 100% necessary to purchase our foundation when you purchase a Select Air Bed; the important part is that you have a flat, firm surface for your airbed to operate on. Many people choose to purchase the complete set because our foundations have a matching suede border to complement the appearance of the air mattress. Check your current box spring prior to ordering, to ensure it is in good condition if you do plan on going with that.

Q: How do I pick the airbed that is right for me?

A: We recommend reading our Air Bed Buying Guide and looking at the Air Bed Overview page to get a better idea of what you need, and where our different models fall. We’ve engineered our line of mattresses to be similar to Select Comfort´s®, so if you’ve tried a model of theirs that you like, we have a model just like it for a fraction of the cost.

Q: How does your free trial work?

A: It’s pretty simple. You have a full month to try out our Select Air Bed System. If you decide it is not for you, contact us and we’ll help you arrange pickup of the mattress. The only cost to you is the cost of freight. For more information visit our Free Trial page for more information

Q: What do you do with the returned airbeds?

A: Returned airbeds are donated or sold as used product at a discount in local showrooms. We do not resell these on our site, and we never send out a used or refurbished bed in place of a new one, due to how personal of an item a mattress is.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: We accept every major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), in addition to the GE financing we offer. If you wish, you may also pay through Paypal, Google Checkout, or by check. Call for these special arrangements.

Q: How many days before my airbed will arrive?

A: You can expect your mattress to ship inside of three days after purchasing, and you can expect it to take anywhere from 1-4 days for it to arrive. If you need it to be set up (referred to as White-Glove Service) for you, we can do that for an additional $199.

Q: How long will it take me to set it up?

A: Our airbed should take no longer than 10 minutes for you to setup. There are only a few components to set up, and we include detailed instructions to ease the process. Call one of our agents if you have trouble.

Q: Where does the pump go?

A: With most normal beds you can place the pump under your bed near the headboard. Since the pump is a hand size unit, it is not difficult to find a discrete location for it.

Q: Is the pump loud?

A: We’ve specially engineered our air pump to be both powerful and quiet operating at the time. It only makes noise during adjustments in firmness, and is about as noisy as the air coming through a heating duct.

Q: Will normal sheets work on my new airbed?

A: Yes, normal sheets will work on your airbed mattress. If the model you select is greater than 12”, you may need to purchase a deep-pocket fitted sheet OR get sheet extenders for your fitted sheet. At most, this is a $40 problem, and we do not recommend choosing an airbed based on the profile that will work with your sheet set.

Q: Do I need to be home to receive the mattress?

A: You don’t have to be home, but we recommend it. We will provide you with a tracking number when your order ships, and you can see the exact day when it will arrive.

Q: I can't pop the mattress, can I?

A: It is nearly impossible to pop the air chambers, due to the construction techniques and materials we have used. In addition, our pumps are designed to only fill to a certain pressure point, making overfilling not possible.
