"The best thing about these beds: They’re ‘one size fits all.’ The air chamber / base portion is the same on all of them, so if you don’t like what you order you can exchange the topper for something more comfortable. I originally ordered the i800 but decided to upgrade to the i1000 because it has a reversible foam/latex top. I imagine this exchange would have been much more complicated had I ordered a different mattress from another company. Customer service was good and consistent throughout the exchange process too.
